  • 8ozfeta cheese
  • 2tspolive oil
  • 2tbspred pepper flakescrushed or as needed
  • 1pinchdried oregano


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  2. Place the feta in an ovenproof baking dish.

  3. Drizzle with olive oil, then cover liberally with pepper flakes and oregano.

  4. Bake, uncovered, in the preheated oven for 10 until the feta is soft.

  5. Serve, and enjoy!
