
How To Make Broiled Feta with Cherry Tomatoes and Capers
Briny feta baked with juicy cherry tomatoes and salty capers makes this broiled feta a delicious cheese dip for your favorite snacks!

- 8ozfeta cheese
- 2tbspextra virgin olive oil
- 2garlic cloves,roughly chopped
- 10.5ozcherry tomatoes
- ÂĽtspsalt
- â…›tsppepper
- 1tspsugar
- 1½tbspcapers,drained
Instructions

Preheat the broiler and set the oven rack in the top position. Place the feta in a small 1½-quart baking dish and set aside.

Heat the oil in medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 to 2 minutes, until lightly golden.

Add the tomatoes, salt, pepper and sugar;Â cook, stirring frequently, for 2 to 3 minutes, 2 to 3 minutes until the tomatoes are softened and starting to burst.

Remove from the heat and stir in the capers.

Scatter the tomatoes around the feta and broil for about 4 minutes, until the feta is softened and browned on top.

Serve with crackers, and enjoy!
