
How To Make BBQ Bacon Cheese Ball
A savory cheese ball loaded with bacon is the perfect game day treat for your friends and family! Whip up a big batch of this in just 10 minutes.

Ingredients
- 6bacon strips,crisply-cooked, drained and diced
- 4green onions,thinly sliced
- 8ozcream cheese,1 brick, like low-fat, softened
- 1cupsharp cheddar cheese,shredded
- â…“cupbbq sauce
- salt and pepper
- ¼cuppecans,chopped, toasted
Instructions

Add half of the bacon, half of the green onions, cream cheese, cheddar cheese and bbq sauce to a large mixing bowl.

Stir together until evenly combined. Â

Season with a pinch of salt and pepper, to taste, then stir the mixture once more to incorporate.

Transfer the mixture to the center of a large sheet of plastic wrap.

Form the mixture into a ball, then wrap tightly with the plastic wrap.

Refrigerate, or freeze, for at least 1 to 2 hours, or until mostly firm.

Add the remaining bacon, green onions and pecans to a large plate, then use fingers to combine.

Unwrap the cheese ball, then place it in the center of the plate.

Gently roll the ball around until it is coated with the bacon mixture.

Serve immediately with crackers, and enjoy!
