Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 wheel of brie cheese
  • 2 tbsp of honey
  • 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnish
  • Crackers or baguette, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface and place the brie cheese in the center.

  3. Fold the corners of the puff pastry over the brie, sealing it completely.

  4. Place the wrapped brie on a baking sheet and brush the top with honey.

  5. Sprinkle the chopped walnuts over the honey.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

  8. Transfer the baked brie to a serving platter and garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs.

  9. Serve with crackers or sliced baguette.
