
How To Make Healthy Easter Lamb

Ingredients
- 2 pounds lamb leg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.

Rub the mixture all over the lamb leg.

Place the lamb leg in a roasting pan and arrange the lemon slices on top.

Pour the chicken broth into the pan.

Cover the pan with foil and roast in the preheated oven for 1 hour.

Remove the foil and continue roasting for another 30 minutes until the lamb is browned and cooked to your desired doneness.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
