How To Make Blue Cheese Deviled Eggs
Let these savory Blue Cheese Deviled Eggs melt in your mouth. The creamy yolk offsets the tangy blue cheese dressing. The sprinkle of paprika adds a nice kick to the dish. Spoon the mixture over the egg whites and you got yourself a mouth-watering, homemade finger food!
Ingredients
- 12 eggs
- ¼ cup onions, finely chopped
- ¼ blue cheese dressing
- salt and pepper
- paprika
Instructions

In a pot of cold water, place the eggs and let it boil for a minute.

Remove from heat and cover with a lid.

Let the eggs stand in the water for 13 minutes.

Remove and place the eggs in cold water to cool.

Once they've cooled, peel off the shells.

Cut each egg in half and remove the yolks. Set egg whites aside.

In a medium mixing bowl, add the yolks and onions.

Pour the blue cheese dressing a little at a time and mix until desired consistency.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Sprinkle with paprika and chill the mixture for about 2 hours.
