The secret to a great holiday ham is the ham glaze on top of it. This recipe has brown sugar, orange juice, and mustard to give that perfect caramelization.

  • ¼cuporange juice,or pineapple juice
  • 3tbspdijon mustard,or grainy mustard
  • ½tspgarlic powder
  • pinchground cloves


  1. Whisk all ingredients together.

  2. Brush over a spiral cut or scored ham.

  3. If desired, brush extra overtop and broil to make the glaze golden.
