How To Make Easter Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
- 4 mini chocolate eggs
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Gently fold in the rainbow sprinkles.

Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.

Press a mini chocolate egg into the center of each muffin.

Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
