How To Make Fried Mushrooms
Serve a quick and tasty party snack with these fried mushrooms! It’s coated with a seasoned beer batter, then fried to crispy and golden perfection.

- 1lbsmall button mushrooms,ends trimmed
- 1½cupsall purpose flour,divided
- 1cupbeer
- 2½tspkosher salt
- ¾tspblack pepper
- ¼tspgarlic powder
- ¼tsponion powder
- oil,for frying
- 1tbspfresh parsley,chopped
Instructions

Heat 3 inches of oil in a deep pot to 375 degrees F.

Coat the mushrooms in ½ cup of the flour, shaking off any excess.

In a medium bowl, mix together the remaining cup of flour, beer, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Coat each mushroom in the batter, letting the excess batter drip back into the bowl.

Fry 4 to 5 mushrooms at a time for about 7 minutes until golden brown.

Repeat the process with the remaining mushrooms.

Sprinkle with parsley, then serve and enjoy!
