How To Make Meat Stuffed Potato

This meat stuffed potato comes with a cheesy and beefy center, all wrapped with fluffy mashed potatoes, then fried til’ golden, for crispy filling snacks!

  • 1lbground beef
  • 1egg
  • 1cupParmesan cheese,grated
  • 1cupfresh parsley,chopped
  • 1tbspsalt
  • 1tbsppepper
  • ½cupmozzarella cheese,cubed
  • 3cupsmashed potato
  • 2cupsflour
  • 4cupsvegetable oil
  • fresh parsley,chopped, to serve
  • marinara sauce,to serve


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef, egg, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.

  3. Take a piece of the meat mixture about the size of a ping pong ball and slightly flatten it. Add a piece of mozzarella cheese in the center, and seal it with hands.

  4. Bake for 15 minutes.

  5. Cover a meatball with a layer of mashed potatoes and mold it with hands. Continue molding it into a ball.

  6. Dip the meatball in a bowl of flour. Repeat with remaining meatballs.

  7. Heat the oil to 350 degrees F. Fry the mashed potato-covered meatballs in batches until golden brown.

  8. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.

  9. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with marinara sauce. Enjoy!
