How To Make Karaage Don (Fried Chicken Rice Bowl)
A very tasty karaage don made with bite-sized golden fried chicken and softly cooked egg in a sweet-salty sauce makes up this hearty and filling dish!

Salt and pepper the chicken breast, dredge in the flour, then egg, and coat in panko.

Deep-fry until the chicken is done or brown and crispy. Slice and set aside.

In a small pan over medium heat, add the onions, stock, soy sauce, sake, mirin, and sugar. Bring to a boil.

Add the sliced fried chicken, pour in the eggs around the chicken. Cover with a lid and cook until the eggs are at the desired doneness.

Slide the egg and chicken over cooked rice, garnish with chopped scallions and shredded nori. Enjoy!
