How To Make Firecracker Fried Chicken Drumsticks

- 4 chicken drumsticks
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- Oil for frying

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a bowl, whisk the eggs. In a separate bowl, mix the chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.

Dip each chicken drumstick into the beaten eggs, then coat with the spice mixture.

Roll each drumstick in the all-purpose flour and shake off any excess.

Heat the oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the coated drumsticks for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Transfer the fried drumsticks to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for another 10 minutes to ensure they’re cooked through.
