How To Make Crispy Pork Cutlets

- 4 pork cutlets
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Dip each pork cutlet into beaten eggs, then dredge in the bread crumb mixture, pressing to adhere.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Cook the pork cutlets for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.

Transfer the cutlets to a baking sheet and bake for an additional 5 minutes, until they are crispy and heated through.
