Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions

In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Heat about 1 inch of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Dip each fish fillet into the flour mixture, coating both sides evenly.

Carefully place the coated fish fillets into the hot oil and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.

Remove the cooked fish from the skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
