
How To Make Crispy Fried Dill Pickles
Dredged in a paprika-seasoned batter, these crispy fried dill pickles makes for a tasty afternoon snack! Whip up these tangy pickles in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- 12dill pickles slices,sandwich sliced
- 2cupspanko breadcrumbs
- oil,for frying
For Batter:
- 1cupall purpose flour
- 1cupmilk
- 1tspbaking powder
- 1egg
- 1tsppaprika
- ½tspblack pepper
- ½tspdill,optional
Instructions

Preheat the oil to 360 to 370 degrees F.

Combine the all purpose flour, milk, baking powder, egg, paprika, black pepper, and dill, then stir until smooth. Let sit for at least 5 minutes.

Dab the pickle slices on paper towels to dry them.

Working in batches, place about ½ cup of Panko bread crumbs in a bowl and add more as needed.

Dip each pickle slice in the wet batter and then gently toss in the bread crumbs, then let sit for 1 minute or so, to allow the crumbs to stick better.

Fry in small batches for 3 to 4 minutes or until brown and crispy.
