  • 1cupraw coconut water,or filtered water, plus more as needed
  • 1mediumgreen apple,skin on, cored and diced
  • 1smallraw red beet,peeled and diced, grated for conventional blenders
  • 1cupstrawberries,frozen
  • 1cuppineapple,frozen
  • ½smallavocado,pitted and peeled
  • 1cupbaby spinach
  • 1tbspfresh lemon juice
  • pinchcayenne pepper

For Nutritional Boosters (optional):

  • ¼cupraw broccoli,frozen
  • tsplemon zest,finely grated

Instructions

  1. Throw all of the ingredients into a blender, and blast on high for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
