Here’s another refreshing drink to enjoy on hot days. Made with berries and Greek yogurt blended together, this raspberry smoothie is simply comforting.

  • 1½cupsapple juice
  • 1banana
  • 1½cupsfrozen raspberries
  • ¾cupvanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1tbsphoney
  • fresh raspberries and mint sprigsfor garnish, optional

Instructions

  1. Place the apple juice, banana, raspberries, yogurt, and honey into a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour into 2 glasses and serve, topped with raspberries and mint sprigs if desired.
