  • 2 medium green apples, cored and chopped
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1-2 cups of almond milk (as needed)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add chopped green apples, spinach leaves, frozen banana, honey and Greek yogurt.

  2. Add almond milk as needed to achieve the desired consistency. Blend until smooth.

  3. Serve in glasses and garnish with mint leaves if desired.
