  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1-inch fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine almond milk, bananas, ginger, turmeric, honey, and cinnamon.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Add ice cubes and blend again until it reaches the desired consistency.

  4. Pour into glasses and serve cold.
