This energy smoothie is rich in fiber from the pineapples and bananas, and packed with just the right amount of sweetness!

Ingredients
- ¾cupalmond milk
- 2medium bananas,previously peeled, sliced, and frozen
- 2cupsfresh pineapple chunks
- 2cupskale,heaping
Instructions

Using a blender, blend up the kale and frozen bananas.

Blend on high for at least 3 minutes or until smooth. Scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.

Serve and enjoy.
