- 1cupmango juice,or orange juice
- ½cupyogurt
- ½lbstrawberries,halved or quartered
- ½lbblueberries
- 1banana
- 1cupfresh spinach,packed
- drizzle of honey,about 1 tbsp

Add the liquid ingredients first.

Add in the strawberries, blueberries, banana (broken into a few sections). Blend until smooth.

Add in the 1 cup fresh spinach and drizzle with honey to taste. Blend until smooth and serve.
