Ingredients

  • 1cupmango juice,or orange juice
  • ½cupyogurt
  • ½lbstrawberries,halved or quartered
  • ½lbblueberries
  • 1banana
  • 1cupfresh spinach,packed
  • drizzle of honey,about 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Add the liquid ingredients first.

  2. Add in the strawberries, blueberries, banana (broken into a few sections). Blend until smooth.

  3. Add in the 1 cup fresh spinach and drizzle with honey to taste. Blend until smooth and serve.
