This tropical berry smoothie has a healthy twist with added oats for a nutritious and delicious refreshment on-the-go or when you need a booster.

  • ¾cupstrawberries,frozen, diced
  • 5.3ozCoconut Greek Yogurt,Chobani 2%
  • ½cupalmond milk coconut milk blend
  • ½cupwater
  • ¼cupquick oats
  • ½largebanana,peeled and frozen, very ripe


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until well pureed. Add a few tablespoons more of the almond milk coconut milk blend or water to thin as desired

  2. If you’d like it any sweeter you can add in a little bit of honey or agave to taste or add in another ¼ – ½ of the banana.
