  • ½cupold-fashioned rolled oats,uncooked
  • 2cupsfrozen strawberries
  • 1cupplain yogurt,(regular or Greek, any fat percentage)
  • 1cupunsweetened vanilla almond milk,or milk of choice
  • ½medium banana,(fresh or frozen), sliced
  • ¼tsppure almond extract
  • 2tsphoney,optional

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the oats, strawberries, yogurt, almond milk, banana, and almond extract.

  2. Starting on low speed, puree the ingredients. Turn the blender on high and continue to puree until smooth. Serve right away.
