Refresh from a hot day with a sip of this healthy pineapple smoothie, made with rainbow chard leaves, bananas, and flax seed, in just 5 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 3cupsrainbow chard leaves,loosely packed, stems removed
  • 2bananas,frozen
  • ½cuppineapple,or orange
  • 1tbspflax seed,ground
  • 1cupice

Instructions

  1. Pulse all the ingredients together in a blender until blended.

  2. Serve immediately or freeze.

Recipe Notes

You can also blend the stems into this smoothie, but they will add some bitterness.
