Ingredients

  • cupspeach chunksfrozen
  • 1cupalmond coconut milkor almond milk
  • 5.3ozgreek yogurtmango, peach, strawberry or coconut flavored
  • 1bananavery ripe, peeled and frozen
  • ½cupoatsold fashioned or quick
  • ½cupcold water

Instructions

  1. Add the peach, almond coconut milk, Greek yogurt, banana, oats, and water to a blender.

  2. Process until well pureed.

  3. Serve immediately, and enjoy!
