How To Make Mango Pineapple Green Smoothie

A refreshing and healthy green smoothie made with pineapple, mango, orange, and fresh spinach. The taste of fresh fruits minimizes the flavor of spinach.

  • 2cupsfresh spinach
  • 1cupcoconut water,unsweetened
  • 1orange,peeled
  • 2cupsmango,chopped
  • 1cuppineapple,chopped
  • ½lime juice
  • 1pinchsalt


  1. Blend the spinach, coconut water, and orange until smooth.

  2. Add the mango, pineapple, lime juice, and salt then blend again. Taste, and add more lime juice if desired.

  3. Pour the smoothie into two glasses and garnish each with a slice of lime.
