Ingredients

  • 1 cup fat vanilla yogurt, or low fat milk
  • 1 cup non fat milk, or low fat milk
  • 1 kiwi , peeled and quartered
  • ½ fresh banana
  • 4 ice cubes

For sweeter smoothie add:

  • 1 tbsp sugar , or 1 packet of Equal

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor and mix at high speed for 30 to 45 seconds.
