  • 4 cups of kale leaves, stems removed
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup of pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the kale leaves, bananas, pineapple chunks, almond milk, honey (if desired), and chia seeds.

  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
