  • 2cupskale leaves,lightly packed, chopped and stems removed
  • ¾cupskim milk
  • ½frozen banana,cut in chunks
  • ½cupvanilla yogurt
  • ¼cupfrozen pineapple pieces
  • ½cupfrozen strawberries
  • 2tspstevia

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in the order listed, in a blender. Blend until smooth.

  2. Add more milk as needed to reach desired consistency. Enjoy immediately.
