This guilt-free and sweet protein-filled blueberry banana smoothie is rich and creamy, it is definitely fit for a go-to low-calorie breakfast!

Blueberry Banana Smoothie:

  • 1cupAlmond Milk Plus Protein,divided, such as So Delicious brand with 5g added protein
  • ¼cupquick oats
  • 5.3ozNonfat Greek Yogurt,Strawberry or Blueberry
  • ½overripe banana,chilled
  • ½cupfresh blueberries,chilled
  • 6ice cubes


  1. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine ½ cup of almond milk with ¼ cup of quick oats. Microwave on high power for 2 ½ minutes.

  2. Pour the cooked oat mixture into a blender along with the remaining ½ cup of almond milk, Greek yogurt, banana, and blueberries.

  3. Blend the mixture on low speed for 2 minutes, or on high speed for 1 minute.

  4. Add in ice cubes and puree until well blended. Serve immediately.

Recipe Notes

For an even colder smoothie, stir the oatmeal after microwaving and allow to cool for at least 5 minutes before blending into the smoothie.
