Kickstart your day with this healthy green smoothie made with kale, juicy pineapple, and sweet bananas all blended until smooth and drizzled with honey.

Ingredients

  • ½cupyogurt,plain or Greek
  • 2cupskale,chopped
  • 1banana
  • 1cuppineapple,chopped
  • 1tbspflax seeds
  • 1cupmilk
  • honey,optional, to taste

Instructions

  1. Add yogurt, kale, banana, pineapple, flax seeds, and milk to the blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Add honey to taste if desired. Serve immediately.
