- 3limes,peeled and quartered
- 1cupkale leaves,(1 or 2 large leaves with stalk removed), torn up
- ½cupmint leaves,firmly packed
- 2cupspineapple,frozen
- ½mediumavocado,peeled and pitted, (optional for added creaminess)
- 5dropsalcohol free liquid stevia,plus more to taste
For Optional boosters:
- 1tspginger,minced
- 1tspcoconut oil
