How To Make Green Mojito Smoothie

Green smoothies are not always boring, as proven by this non-alcoholic green mojito smoothie. It’s filled with coco water, pineapple, lime, kale, & avocado.

Ingredients

  • 1cupcoconut water,or water
  • 1tsplime zest,finely grated
  • 3limes,peeled and quartered
  • 1cupkale leaves,(1 or 2 large leaves with stalk removed), torn up
  • ½cupmint leaves,firmly packed
  • 2cupspineapple,frozen
  • ½mediumavocado,peeled and pitted, (optional for added creaminess)
  • 5dropsalcohol free liquid stevia,plus more to taste

For Optional boosters:

  • 1tspginger,minced
  • 1tspcoconut oil

Instructions

  1. Throw all of the ingredients into a blender and blast on High for 30 to 60 seconds, until smooth and creamy.
