How To Make Green Apple Smoothie

Enjoy a vegan-friendly and detoxifying green apple smoothie, spiced with kale, cilantro, and ginger! This smoothie recipe is undoubtedly healthy and yummy!

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1granny smith apple,preferably organic, cut into big pieces, or one pear
  • 2cupskale,leaves, pulled from the stalks, or 2 cups spinach leaves
  • 1lime,or lemon, juiced, flesh added, seeds removed
  • 1handfulcilantro,leaves, pulled from the stalks
  • ½cuporange juice
  • 2tspginger,fresh, grated
  • cupbanana,frozen, chopped, optional for a creamy texture

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into a glass and serve with a straw.
