How To Make Ginger Green Citrus Smoothie

  • 1banana,peeled, frozen
  • ½apple,sliced
  • 1orange,peeled, sliced
  • lemon juice,from 1 lemon
  • handfuls spinach,2 big handfuls
  • 1tbspfresh ginger,chopped, or to taste
  • ½cupunsweetened vanilla almond milk,or any milk


  1. Add the banana, apple, orange, lemon juice, spinach, ginger, and almond milk to the blender.

  2. Blend on high for at least 2 minutes or until smooth. Scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.

  3. Serve, and enjoy!
