- 1banana,peeled, frozen
- ½apple,sliced
- 1orange,peeled, sliced
- lemon juice,from 1 lemon
- handfuls spinach,2 big handfuls
- 1tbspfresh ginger,chopped, or to taste
- ½cupunsweetened vanilla almond milk,or any milk
Instructions

Add the banana, apple, orange, lemon juice, spinach, ginger, and almond milk to the blender.

Blend on high for at least 2 minutes or until smooth. Scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.
