Detoxifying the body doesn’t need to be a harrowing experience. Try this detox smoothie – it’s sweet and healthy. It’s a refreshing drink after a workout.

Ingredients

  • 1frozen very ripe banana
  • ¼cupalmond milk
  • 1¼cupspineapple,chopped
  • 1peach,peeled and sliced
  • ½cupGreek yogurt
  • 1-2cupsfresh spinach
  • 1lime,great flavor, optional

Instructions

  1. Make sure you have a strong, powerful blender that will blend up the frozen banana.

  2. Add all of the ingredients to the blender in the order listed. Blend on high for at least 2 minutes or until smooth. Scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.

  3. Serve and enjoy. Store any leftover smoothie covered in the refrigerator for up to 8 to 10 hours.
