  • 1cupstrong coffeefrozen into ice cubes see tips below
  • 1banana
  • cupalmond milk
  • cupplain Greek yogurtor vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1Tbsp.chia seeds
  • 1Tbsp.hemp seeds


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth.

  2. Serve immediately, garnished with extra chia and/or hemp seeds if desired.
