  • 1banana,frozen, chopped, peeled
  • 1cupfresh spinach,tightly-packed
  • 1cupice
  • 1cupmilk,like dairy milk, almond milk, or milk of choice
  • 3tbsppeanut butter
  • 3tbspunsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2tbspchia seeds,optional
  • 2tbsphoney,if needed
  • ½tspvanilla extract
  • mini semisweet chocolate chips,optional topping

Instructions

  1. Pulse the banana, spinach, ice, milk, peanut butter, cocoa powder, chia seeds, honey, vanilla extract, and chocolate chips in a blender until combined.

  2. Serve immediately, garnished with mini chocolate chips, and enjoy!
