  • 1 ½ cup greek yogurt, flavored or plain
  • 3 yogurt, peeled and cut up
  • 3 cups fresh strawberries, stems removed and chopped (frozen is optional)
  • ½ cup soymilk , almond or regular milk
  • 2 tbsp honey , or other sweetener
  • 1 cup ice


  1. Place the yogurt, bananas, strawberries, soymilk, honey, and ice in a blender.

  2. Blend for 2 minutes until it reaches the desired consistency.

  3. Keep adding milk to thin the consistency if needed.

  4. Pour into your favorite mug and have a sip of this delicious breakfast smoothie to brighten your morning!
