For the Smoothie:

  • 1cupblueberries,frozen
  • ½banana
  • 2tbspwater
  • 1tbspcashew butter
  • 1tspvanilla extract

For the Toppings:

  • ½banana,sliced
  • 1tbspalmonds,sliced
  • 1tbspunsweetened coconut,shredded

Instructions

  1. Blend blueberries, ½ of banana, water, cashew butter, and vanilla extract together in a blender until smooth; pour into a bowl.

  2. Top smoothie with sliced banana, almonds, and coconut.
