  • 1cupfrozen blueberries
  • ½cupGreek yogurtplain, non-fat
  • cupmilk
  • ¼cupold-fashioned oatsgluten-free
  • ¼tspvanilla extractstore-bought or homemade
  • salt
  • 2tspmaple syrupor honey, to sweeten, optional


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.  Pulse until smooth, adding more milk if needed to thin out the smoothie.

  2. Serve immediately, garnished with extra blueberries if desired.
