How To Make Blueberry Kale Smoothie

Have a cold glass on a hot day with our fresh kale smoothie! It’s blended with blueberries and sweet bananas and has notes of ginger and almond.

Ingredients

  • 2cupsfrozen blueberries
  • 1 1⁄2cupsalmond milk
  • 1handfulfresh kale leavesthick stems removed
  • 1bananapeeled, sliced and frozen
  • 1tbspchia seeds
  • 2tspfresh gingerfinely-chopped

Instructions

  1. Add the blueberries, almond milk, kale, banana, chia seeds and ginger to a blender and pulse until smooth.

  2. Garnished with extra chia seeds if desired, serve, and enjoy!

If the smoothie is too thick, add extra almond milk to thin.
