Ingredients
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 tbsp banana extract
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp lime juice, fresh, or lemon juice
- ½ cup Greek-style nonfat yogurt
- ½ cup milk
Instructions
- Combine all the main ingredients except the garnish in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into a large glass and serve immediately.
