Banana Smoothie Recipe

A banana smoothie is a perfect drink to enjoy if you feel like you need a tropical getaway. Our recipe is an alcoholic version but you can leave out the booze if you prefer and it will taste just as amazing!

How To Make Banana Smoothie

  • 1 cup ice (crushed)
  • 1 banana (ripe)
  • 1 tbsp banana liqueur
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
  • 1 lime wedge (or banana slice, for garnish)
  1. Combine all the main ingredients except the garnish in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour the smoothie into a large glass and garnish with a lime wedge or banana slice before serving immediately.
