How To Make Avocado Smoothie

Anything green just screams healthy! This avocado smoothie is a heart healthy green snack loaded with good fats and fibers.

Ingredients

  • 1medium avocado
  • 1large granny smith apple,chilled, cored and sliced
  • 1ripe banana,peeled and frozen, use one with spots
  • 1Navel orange,chilled and peeled
  • 2cupsspinach,(76g), packed
  • 1cupalmond milk,chilled
  • 1lime,juiced
  • 2tsphoney,or to taste, optional
  • 8ice cubes,about 1⅓ cups

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except ice, in a blender and puree until well blended and smooth.

  2. Add ice and blend until smooth. Serve.
