  • 2red apples,large, cored
  • 1banana,frozen
  • 1cupice
  • 1cupunsweetened almond milk
  • ½cupGreek yogurt
  • 1tspground cinnamon
  • ground nutmeg
  • ground ginger
  • ground cloves
  • 2pitted dates,or teaspoons honey, optional


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.  Pulse until combined and smooth.  Taste and add sweetener if needed, pulsing to combine.

  2. Serve immediately. Sprinkle the top of each smoothie with a pinch of cinnamon if desired.
