How To Make Sopapilla Cheesecake Bars

These tasteful cheesecake bars come with a flaky crust for a sweeter treat! Whip up a flavorful batch of these bars in just under an hour.

Ingredients

  • 32ozcream cheese,room temperature
  • cupswhite sugar,divided
  • 2tspvanilla extract
  • crescent sheets,2 cans
  • 1tspground cinnamon
  • ¼cupunsalted butter,melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with baking spray.

  3. Whisk together the cream cheese, 1½ cups of sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.

  4. In a second small bowl, whisk together the remaining 1 cup of sugar and cinnamon.

  5. Press the first sheet of crescent dough into the bottom of the baking pan.

  6. Sprinkle ½ of the cinnamon sugar over the dough.

  7. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the dough, then roll the second sheet of dough over the cream cheese mixture.

  8. Brush with melted butter, then sprinkle over the remaining cinnamon sugar.

  9. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until golden brown.

  10. Serve warm, and enjoy!
