  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tub (8 ounces) Cool Whip, thawed
  • Fresh berries for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.

  2. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

  3. Fold in Cool Whip until well combined.

  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust and smooth the top with a spatula.

  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

  6. Slice and serve chilled, garnished with fresh berries.
