How To Make Caramel Macchiato Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brewed strong coffee
  • 2 tbsp caramel sauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • Whipped cream and caramel sauce for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

  2. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.

  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add the brewed coffee, caramel sauce, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

  4. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.

  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are slightly golden.

  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.

  8. Before serving, remove the sides of the springform pan. Decorate with whipped cream and drizzle with caramel sauce.

  9. Slice and enjoy!
