  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.

  3. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until well incorporated.

  4. Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing until just combined.

  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8-inch baking dish.

  6. Dollop the strawberry jam on top and swirl it into the cream cheese mixture with a knife.

  7. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the edges are slightly golden.

  8. Let it cool completely before cutting into squares.
