  • 250g cream cheese
  • 1 can (400g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.

  2. Gradually add the condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

  3. In a separate bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.

  4. Press the graham cracker mixture onto the bottom of individual serving dishes.

  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.

  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.

  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!
