How To Make PHILADELPHIA New York-Style Strawberry Swirl Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 packages (8 oz each) PHILADELPHIA cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup strawberry jam
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).

In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.

In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy and smooth. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pan. Drop spoonfuls of strawberry jam over the cream cheese mixture. Swirl the jam into the cream cheese mixture using a knife.

Pour the remaining cream cheese mixture over the jam layer. Again, drop spoonfuls of strawberry jam over the cream cheese mixture and swirl with a knife.

Bake for about 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly browned.

Remove from the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, carefully run a knife around the edge of the pan to loosen the cheesecake. Remove the sides of the pan and let the cheesecake cool completely.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, before serving.
